OUR CELLARS
Bodegas Fundador is the oldest winery in Jerez, founded in 1730, we currently have several vineyards, a vinification plant, brandy and sherry aging and production cellars, a bottling center, analysis and research laboratories, a logistics center, a visitor center with our own restaurant and a brandy and holandas “wine spirits” distillery in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real). Among other brands, we make Fundador, the first Spanish brandy, Harveys, the world’s best-selling sherry, Terry, the leading brand in Spain, and Tres Cepas, our international brandy brand.

Bodegas Fundador is a company dedicated to the production of Brandy and Sherry, founded in 1730 in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz - Spain), being one of the pioneering and oldest firms in the Jerez area. Among its heritage, it has 16th-century cellars, Christian-Mudejar buildings, a museum dedicated to Brandy and Sherry, a wine tourism visitor center and a restaurant within the premises, as well as one of the oldest, most prestigious and award-winning vintage brandy and wine cellars in the world. A visit to its wine tourism center is highly recommended for all those who wish to know and delve into the art and magic behind the artisanal process of Brandy and Sherry elaboration, as well as discover the history and secrets that that are housed within our ancestral cellars.
