In honour of all the women who are part of our company
International Women’s Day calls for a special remembrance to reinforce our commitment and defense of the principles of respect and equality, which we have been implementing and applying in our company, through our code of conduct, corporate values, harassment policy and equality plan. This year there has, once again, been an increase in female employees, with currently 44 women present in all departments and areas of our organization. The continuous hiring, which we have and shall continue to foster, helps us to prosper as an organization, support equality as a fundamental right and promote our corporate values.
For this reason, on March 8th, we pay a sincere tribute to all the women who work at Bodegas Fundador. Thanks to their efforts and dedication, they contribute to improve the quality of our company day by day and advocate for a fairer and more equal society.
