In May of this year we participated in the GIENOL 2022 National Oenological Research Conference where our researchers María Guerrero Chanivet and Daniel Butron Benitez, presented part of the most relevant scientific conclusions of their Doctoral Theses on the “The Influence of the types of sherry seasoning used in oak barrels on organoleptical characteristics in Brandies from Jerez” and the “Behavior of different types of spirits during their static and dynamic aging in Sherry Cask barrels”. We are very proud to promote scientific and oenological investigation and understanding of Brandies and Sherry Wines thanks to these future doctors.
